What a Week

Just when I thought life was calming down a little we had another health scare this week and Jeff spent a couple days in the hospital. It started Sunday night when we were eating dinner and all of a sudden Jeff said he felt like he was going to pass out. He was having a hard time catching his breath and couldn't really talk. I of course got really scared and called 911 because I thought he was having a heart attack. The paramedics got here within minutes and he was feeling better and able to talk to them. Just as they were telling him that he looked fine and recommending that we just call his Doctor in the morning, he passed out again and this time they decided to take him in to the ER. It was a very scary few hours but after two days in the hospital and positive results from numerous tests, we now know that he is fine and very healthy. He couldn't drive this week and therefore couldn't work, but his Doctor cleared him to return on Monday. I am very relieved to have my husband back home and back to normal. Now we just need to stay out of the hospital for a while. This family has been there way to much lately.
