House Update

I figured I would write a quick house update. The contract is almost finished and as soon as the buyer reviews it that will be all finalized. The lovely 1970's style popcorn ceiling is being removed this week throughout the house and will then be retexturized with new paint. After that the rest of the interior will be painted as well as the exterior. The best part about all of this is that Jeff and I have been shopping for new furniture! We found a dining room table so now we can actually have people over for dinner and not have to sit on our couch....ahhh, the little things in life. And the best part is we finally get to be adults and sleep up in a King size bed which will be a huge step up from the very cozy full we have now. As much as I love to cuddle, we both appreciate and need our 8 hours of sleep. Closing is still set for the end of May so let's keep our fingers crossed.
