Road Trip

It's road trip time!  We are leaving for Big Sky Country very early Saturday morning, 3:00 to be exact.  The reason for this crazy departure time is because we didn't want to drive all night but want to get at least 2-3 hours of sleep drive time from the girls.  The car will be all packed up and then we will just make the transfer from bed to car seat and keep our fingers crossed that they either stay asleep or go right back to sleep.  We have hotel reservations in Misoula which would be about a 9 hour drive normally.  Our goal is to make it in 12.  The hotel has a swimming pool so we will have a place to burn off some energy after sitting in the car all day long.  I got some great advice from friends on how to travel with little ones so I think we will be fine.  At least that is what I keep telling myself.  If nothing else it will be an adventure and give us a story to tell the girls for many years to come.  Let the fun begin!
