- Welcome to Team Garner, the blog about our family just living life in Bellingham, Washington. We became first time parents when our wonderful daughter, Katie was born on her due date of January 6, 2009. We chose the name Katie in memory of my mom who passed away in 1998. Our second little peanut, Carly Rose was born June 30. Parenthood is an adventure and this is a place for our friends and family to stay in touch with the Garner family happenings.

Oh I know. There are times our little guy would rather play with the pots in our kitchen than his toys. They are funny little people.
